When fully charged the picture quality is amazing, what is awful is the instructions on how to tighten the camera to the wall mounting, we spent ages trying to work out how to tighten them so then didn't droop downwards, the screws and fixings are absolutely horrific really cheap and not fit for purpose same with the rawl plugs, and they don't supply extra incase something goes wrong, also on the mount the holes are tiny , and very close to the main stalk of the mount so when trying to screw the screws into a brick wall it's a total nightmare due to design of the mount, the cameras themselves have great crisp clear pictures my gripe is having to remove to charge unless like me you buy solar panels and charge them that way, however lately my front of house cam isn't able to charge enough or fast enough using tg3 solar panel so what's happening is by 6pm it switches off which is a nightmare , these would be better wired in as totally unreliable otherwise , and I'm sure that nobody can be bothered hauling out ladders and taking them down to charge them up all the Time

I’ve been using my camera security system for a while now and must say what a great quality product it is. Great battery which lasts for months. The app is so easy to use and always allows you to keep an eye on your property when away. Images are very clear and detailed. Face recognition is good but can sometimes not capture family and friends correctly, but not really a problem. Would definitely recommend anyone thinking of getting an eufy system.

Really easy to set up, and works well from the app. However a couple of things bug me. First, it takes about 5 seconds to start recording, and therefore a person that walks from pavement to my front door is only picked up when they are at the door, so if they are quick they can be missed completely. The same if they are walking away from my door. I hope to get the dual cam doorbell to sort this problem. The second thing is, unless you set the recording length to a longer time (which uses more battery) it cuts off motion too early. Having said that the battery life definitely does not last 6 months unless you set all the settings at low battery mode, in which case it doesn’t work at its best to pick up intruders. The picture quality is great and night time recording is very clear as well as recording in rain and snow. Face recognition is not great as it has recognised a bearded man as my daughter and a long haired woman as my bearded son. It has taken me quite a while to get used to all its functions, but I still think it’s a great product.

Good cctv system but the ai face recognition needs work as mistakes me and the wife for each other. The onboard storage being only 16Gb in this day and age is pitiful for the price, you can add a 2.5" ssd at any point to increase the storage. Picture quality is pretty good day or night. Doorbell cam can be linked to it. However the app is pretty slow to connect to the doorbell.

***UPDATE***After two months of living with this product, I’m struggling to justify keeping it long-term and the price now that the novelty of having a 4K camera has worn off and the reliability of it hasn’t been great. 🚨Not to mention the recent security issues. It’s a big no-no for me and the fact they are making changes years after the issues have been known. I think Eufy are now addressing the issues only due to the media covering it which goes to shows how much they really do care! I’ve been reflecting on it and the price for the system is criminal. I’ve decided I’m going back to my Google NEST outdoor cam for the pure reliability of 24/7 recording and knowing that it’s not failed me the previous model in the two years I’ve had it. This system has gone off-line multiple times and put things worse Multiple reach out to Eufy as resulted in no response whatsoever which I think is atrocious. Therefore I’ve contacted Amazon and I’m returning it and hence this is reflected in my feedback. ✔️ Daytime vision is great ❌ Night Vision is poor for 4k ❌Homebase 3 needs to be wired in 2023!!!! ❌AI is way off - my pet is a human (Yorkie) even my sandals are a human!!! ❌Eufy customer service is poor and takes days to respond if at all. ✔️Notification are instant but lots of false alerts ✔️App is great with plenty of options ❌For the price though? I'm not sure it is worth it. My Nest outdoor IQ WHICH WAS 3 years old performed better and recorded 24/7. / if Google’s cameras had better resolution, I wouldn’t have considered Eufy point blank Honestly, it feels gimmicky, no real technology behind it - the AI they promote is poor and that isnt reliable enough to warrant keeping it. PLUS, camera failed within 2 months

This is a really good camera. The picture quality is excellent. We purchased the solar panels to go with this system and am so glad we did as it took away the worry of recharging. Husband found it very easy to set up and we can both have the app on our phones to monitor independently if necessary

Este es incluso el segundo conjunto que he comprado. El equipo y las cámaras son fáciles de instalar y ofrecen una buena relación calidad-precio. La imagen es buena tanto de día como de noche. Con las numerosas posibilidades y la inteligencia artificial, se puede configurar bien la base doméstica. Además, el conjunto se puede ampliar con aplicaciones de seguridad eufy adicionales.

Einfache Installation, sehr hochwertig, gute App und vorallem einwandfreie Verbindung ohne jegliche Probleme/Abbrüche beim Live-Video und auch bei den Aufnahmen bei Bewegungserkennung. Ich wollte bewusst ein System mit Basisstation (angeschlossen per LAN Kabel) bei dem die Kameras per Funk verbunden sind und dadurch eine bessere Reichweite möglich ist. Hatte zuvor Kameras von Ring bestellt, die direkt mit dem WLAN verbunden sind, da bekam ich zu 80% kein Live-Video, da keine Verbindung möglich (obwohl WLAN Signal vorhanden). Die wurden zurückgeschickt - kann ich nicht empfehlen! Die letzten Jahre hatte ich die 1. Generation von Arlo (auch mit Basisstation - quasi gleiches System), funktionierte auch ohne Probleme, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die neuen Arlo‘s sind überwiegend auch mit direkter WLAN Verbindung ohne Basisstation. Daher bin ich mit Eufy SEHR zufrieden, super schneller Verbindungsaufbau ohne Probleme - genau das wollte ich. Noch dazu wohl aktuell eines der wenigen Systeme bei dem kein Abo notwendig ist, da lokal gespeichert wird. Kann Eufy zu 100% empfehlen!

Rien ne passe inaperçu. 🔋 Autonomie & alimentation L’autonomie est vraiment excellente, et pour ceux qui veulent la tranquillité totale, il est possible d’y brancher des panneaux solaires en USB-C : simple et efficace. 💾 HomeBase & enregistrements La HomeBase stocke les vidéos localement, donc pas d'abonnement mensuel à prévoir. Les relectures sont accessibles en un clic, avec une très bonne fluidité. 📱 Compatibilité Alexa & routines Connectées à une Amazon Echo Show 10, je peux dire "Alexa, affiche caméra jardin" pour avoir le direct. Encore mieux : Une routine m’alerte vocalement dès qu’une présence est détectée devant la porte. La caméra s’affiche automatiquement. Une lumière Hue passe au rouge quelques secondes : effet garanti ! Je reçois aussi une notification sur mon téléphone si je ne suis pas chez moi. Et pour le fun (et l’efficacité aussi) : 📬 Dès que ma boîte aux lettres s’ouvre, une caméra filme la scène et l’Echo me dit : "du courrier ou un colis a été déposé dans votre boîte aux lettres". Inutile donc indispensable. 🚨 Alarmes, flash & détection On peut activer une alarme sonore sur la caméra, sur la HomeBase ou les deux. Il y a aussi un flash lumineux dissuasif. Perso, j’ai juste activé le flash, et c’est déjà très efficace. 🧠 Reconnaissance faciale Surprise sympa : la reconnaissance faciale fonctionne bien. Même si je reçois une alerte en cas d’intrusion, le système m’indique directement que "Flo a été détecté". ⏱️ Petit bémol – Echo Show Seul point à améliorer : un léger délai (3-4 sec) entre la détection et l’affichage sur l’Echo. Si quelqu’un passe très vite devant la caméra, il se peut qu’on le rate. Sur téléphone par contre, le direct est quasi instantané. ✅ En résumé Des caméras ultra complètes, fiables, puissantes et intelligentes. Le tout sans abonnement et avec plein de possibilités de personnalisation via Alexa. Un vrai coup de cœur et une tranquillité d’esprit retrouvée !
