CAP Barbell Olympic Trap Bar | Multiple Grip Options

Added more versatility to my workout at a very affordable price!

Just got the trap bar with combo grip this morning. So far so good. Bought the CAP budget plates to go with it and I'm happy with the result. The knurling on this trap bar is a little extreme fresh out the box. A few sets in and my hands are already tearing apart but anyone that lifts knows it's worth it. The black coating is nice, already had a ding in it from the delivery but I assume that was shipping error more than anything. As you can see from the photos next to my German shepherd, it's pretty big but about as space efficient as can be. I got this in my studio apartment with my two dogs and home office so being able to get some reps in throughout the day is perfect and doesn't take up too much space. Also the neutral grip is the way to go if anyone is wondering. Much more effective workout with neutral hand grip if you focus on your form. Happy with the purchase.

Great trap bar, especially for the price.

Its as advertised. Good, solid piece of equipment. No bells or whistles. I worked with it a couple of weeks now and I can do everything I need to. Great for the price.

This is the best thing you can get to stay healthy. Keep your posterior chain strong and enjoy life more. It is called a trap bar but use it for deadlifts. This is great for shrugs and squats and calf raises. I don’t use it for rows but i have seen others do it. You can do overhead presses with it. Get creative. Farmers walks, man taking this for a walk is amazing. I have way more expensive gear but nothing nearly as versatile and functional.
