Very good.
I’m surprised that this oil fries foods so much better while remaining basically flavorless. It’s a bit on the expensive side though so this deal was found to be the best, so far.

This avocado oil is great for making mayo! I have been making mayonnaise for a while but was making it with olive oil which my family thought was too strong for the mayo. I decided to try avocado oil so I bought a very expensive small bottle from a local store. My family really liked the change. I then decided to look for a larger amount with a better price. This is the one I chose and I’m so glad I did. It’s organic and non-GMO, both things I look for when I purchase products.

Very low smoke point will ruin your food!
I've been using this oil for a very long time. I recently replaced all of my Teflon pans with stainless steel. I've tried to use this oil to fry eggs. I heat my pan on medium low and this oil instantly smokes and burns. There is no way that it has a smoke point of 500.
