how do you make this actually work not being a network engineer? tech support seem to think it was an off the wall question of how to monitor it

Can it be used with a cellular SIM card if there is no internet?

Can it read multiple 4-20 mA inputs?

Does it supports 48v dc?? need to monitor 48v dc sites remotely via ethernet port.. does it supports?
