They do work with I phones. I have an I phone.

You can change it with the device... double-tap on the left one for volume down, double-tap right side volume up. But it's sketch in that if you don't do it with the tap frequency it expects, you'll pause/play instead.

They come inside a hard charging case. I just put them in my pocket

Q: How do I reset the earbuds when I encounter connection problems?

Thanks for your question! 1.First delete the Bluetooth pairing record "A1" on your phone before, and deactivate Bluetooth setting. 2.Make sure the charging case has power or being plugged into a power supply. 3.Put both earbuds into the case and close the case. 4.Open the case, take earbuds out of the case and re-pair. 5.Now turn on the Bluetooth setting on your device, search and click “A1” to connect, they will work properly.
