They work well, seals well and stays in my ears .
These work great for my ears. I was using the silicone "mushroom" style ones for several years in my IEMs and they never really quite sealed my ear canal which in turn created a loss of bass response. This wasn't good as I am the bass player :-/I popped these on my IEMs and was quite happy that they fit and sealed my ear very well and more importantly, stayed in place (the other ones would slip out over time). The mediums worked for my ears (it's always a crap shoot when buying items based on size like these).Priced well and worked for me.

Perfect Fit!
These are a perfect fit for my CCA C12 in-ear monitors. I've only ever used Comply tips and wouldn't use anything else. The isolation is great as they make the monitors fit really snug in the ear.

Sound is great...cable not so much.
My second pair because the cables eventually unravel. Problem with this set is that the small elastic to secure the cables is too to use so I am constantly separating the cables.

To short
Needs to be longer for me, otherwise seals ok

Comply Made my Ear Buds Great Again!!!!
I purchased some JBL 130NC ear buds, absolutely love JBL sound, it's amazing. The buds kept falling out of my ears. I did some googling on solutions as I didn't want to have to invest in another pair of Buds. I first ordered the sample pack, so I'd know what size I needed. This was a good plan, because normally I use a large, but with the Comply earbud tips, I needed a medium, so then I went and ordered a pack of mediums. Comply made my earbuds Great Again!!!!Thank You!!!!

Fits my KZ AST. Yay.
Fits my KZ AST well. Sound isolation and fit is good; everyone's ear is shaped differently of course.

Excellent (and expensive) disposable earbuds
I was thinking about buying another 3 pairs of these but reading other reviews I see I am not alone in my experience, so this time I am going to pass.Last year I bought the S/M/L version in order to try them all and be able to get a good fit. Little I know I was buying disposable earbuds.I used them in my Jaybird BlueBuds X and for sure they are much better than the stock tips. They had a very snug fit with my earphones but having read previous reviews I was expecting this and was able to fit them without any big difficulty.Sadly, the first pair (Medium) lasted about 4 months, using them about 4 times a week (only about 64 use cycles!) and the next pair (Large) did even worse lasting about 2.5 months with the same usage (I assume because of their bigger size - I had to squeeze them harder). The last pair was too small for my ears and kept popping out.Pros:ComfortableVery secure fitOutstanding isolationCons:Durability is not worth the cost in my opinionNot easy to cleanAdvice:If you are willing to pay 15 bucks for small and disposable pieces of foam, then read the other reviews and try to figure out your size, so you can get 3 disposable pairs with a combined 10-12 months of durability. In my opinion if you use your earphones to run or do high intensity training (or anything that involves lots of movement) and your current tips keep falling off, the fit they provide might be worth the cost. As for myself I will stick with my almost decent stock rubber tips for the gym.
