#1 MCT I’ve had-item staple
This is an item I re-order regularly and I’ve tried other brands. The cognitive effects are obvious (more focused) as well as a gentle clean energy boost. MCT can upset the stomach (mine is sensitive) and I’ve gone from a gentle squirt to more over time and no issues, unlike other brands. Great consistency and quality, I froth mine in black coffee and it’s heavenly tasting too and can help reduce food cravings. Deducted a star because I wish it was a glass bottle and not plastic. I hope this item never goes away.

Nature’s Way Organic MCT Oil give energy throughout the day with amazing mental clarity
I noticed longer mental clarity and energy throughout the day . I really love this compared ton Bulletproof which seem to not last as long. I think the reason is because Bulletproof has more C8 oil which is more instance energy that crashes later. If you looking for energy throughout the day Nature’s Way Organic MCT Oil is the way to go at a lower price point.

Tastes great
The product seems very good. Its more me because it makes my coffee oily and I'm only ok with that. Tastes good. I would probaby buy this again and use less of it in my coffee. I'll search for other ways to incorporate MCT oil in my diet.
