This is an item I re-order regularly and I’ve tried other brands. The cognitive effects are obvious (more focused) as well as a gentle clean energy boost. MCT can upset the stomach (mine is sensitive) and I’ve gone from a gentle squirt to more over time and no issues, unlike other brands. Great consistency and quality, I froth mine in black coffee and it’s heavenly tasting too and can help reduce food cravings. Deducted a star because I wish it was a glass bottle and not plastic. I hope this item never goes away.
