Compact light duty
Very nice floor jack for servicing my Troy-Bilt lawn tractor. I already had a pair of small jack stands. The case was damaged on one end but still worked. I had a larger floor jack that took up a large amount of space and had to be assembled whenever I used it. I can finally get rid of it. I'm 79 and this lessened my workload.

Failed during use. DO NOT BUY
DO NOT USE. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Failed and dropped my car (just a sedan) during use before I could even get it on jack stands. I made the mistake of trusting this jack to hold the car, and took the tire off before putting it on jack stands.I go to put a jack stand under it and before I can, the entire thing collapses and drops the car almost on top of me. I checked the release switch on the jack and it wasn't what failed, the piston just gave out after only 3 uses.DO NOT BUY. DO NOT TRUST THIS JACK.

Heavy duty
I bought this to replace an ancient floor jack of the same size. I am very impressed with the quality and lighter weight than the bulky standard of the past. The building materials make it just as heavy duty, strong and durable as the older jacks with smoother easier function. I also love the included carrying case. Great quality and value.

Only for low ground clearance cars
I purchased this car jack to lift my Subaru Outback in order to facilitate tire change. While it appears to be well made and easy to use it was not able to fully lift the Outback to change a flat tire. I had to send it back because it can be only used for cars that have a low ground clearance.
