This item is very quiet as it runs. I have only had it for a day. But so far it is great.

Fits well
Functions as it should. I have three cats, a smaller dog, and two rabbits. My first filter lasted 3 weeks before I noticed a slight yellowing of the filter. Two of my three cats were also throwing up. I clean it everytime I fill it which is every two days. The water up top appears clean but when I open the bottom there will be bugs that managed their way in there. The filter fits okay and isn't noisy.

Works beautifully
So far all is working well and the fit is exact, noise level is very low and I have heightened hearing so that should say something and water pressure and water flow are working just right.
