Insta360 Sphere with landing Pad

I tried one for aa few days, the video was very noisy, like older cheap phone use to be type of noise. If you want it to look good, I think you will need very high end noise reduction software.The stitch line even when going smooth and steady is a disaster. Forget about a clean stitch, I tried all the Insta tools, calibration etc.I ended up using a large piece of egg crate foam to land and take off from, I not putting my fingers and head near spinning props, go for it if you trust it always to leave your body intact.I did have GPS signal, and it did fly moderately okay with the Sphere attached. It's just the video quality or lack of quality is so bad, and the stitch line was so horrendous that I can't see any reason to use it, if you plan to use it for video work.

I purchased a number of Insta360 products, the Sphere by far is the most fragile. I own the fact that it was damaged on me, but to get it repaired and shipped back was a huge pain and disappointment. It’s a good idea, but leave action cameras to the DJI and GoPros of the world.

If you learn how to use it, it is a fantastic device/ I used it to capture footage in the Philippines Cordilleras. I was very pleased with the outcome. I do not, in any way, regret this purchase. I also have an Insta 1X3 and one RS. I tried some of the aftermarket drone mounts for the 1X3. they worked, they were problematic. I highly recomment that you watch youtube tutorials and actual footage.

Buy the insurance, the lens covers scratch immediatey.
