I have tried multiple vitamins and since Optisource was discontinued, I am back with Bariatric Fusion. The addition of the strawberry flavor has me a loyal customer now since "taste" was the reason I had originally left the brand. However, this flavor doesn't linger in my mouth or make me want to skip taking my vitamins. It is a great tasting, high quality item.

Son fáciles de tomar, con un sabor agradable a naranja y fresa, lo que hace que tomarlas diariamente sea mucho más fácil. Me gusta que estén diseñadas específicamente para personas con sobrepeso, ayudando a complementar la nutrición de manera práctica. Lo único que noté es que, al ser masticables, el sabor puede ser un poco dulce para quienes prefieren algo más neutro, pero para mí fue perfecto. En resumen, para mí son multivitaminas cómodas, sabrosas y útiles, ideales para complementar la dieta y mantener un aporte diario de nutrientes esenciales.

It’s ok just have to take more than expected and it’s very chalky taste not sure if I would buy didn’t really like it it’s easy to use.

After trying various vitamins in capsule form, which ALL made me nauseous, I had resorted to a "children's chewable" to at least get something into my body. At two months post-op, my energy levels were very low, so I thought to give these a chance. OMG!! So glad a did!! :) The Strawberry flavor actually tastes good - keep in mind this is not candy, but they smell and taste pleasant, and do not leave an acidic after taste. They are large tablets, you eat 4 per day, but spread them out to 1 per meal at different times throughout your day. So you're getting the vitamins into your body gradually, with food, and NO NAUSEA. The tablets are scored so you can break them in half easily if needed. I've only been taking these a few days and already feel a difference in my energy level!!! Keep in mind that one bottle is only a 30-day supply, so they're not cheap. But these type of vitamins are essential to our health after bariatric surgery - particularly in the early months when we're eating so little. *** If you're wondering about chalkiness, get the STRAWBERRY flavor. I can't speak for the other flavors. Even though the tablets are large, they taste good and dissolve fully as you chew them. I don't even feel the need to rinse my mouth afterwards. I wish my doctor had recommended these vitamins, and even better, had given me a sample to try. Would have saved me a lot of time, nausea, and money. *** Don't hesitate - buy a bottle - take them with food at different times throughout your day. You will not regret it!
