we love this! good ingredients. no flavor, so the taste is perfect lol and you can mix it with anything. it’s a tiny bit chalky but i’ve found that to be pretty common with most Creatine Powders. we usually mix it with our pre-workout powder and it mixes well. good bang for you buck! you get a decent amount for a good price! we will be buying this again!

Love this creatine. I didn’t want any added extras. I did a search outside of Amazon and found this one to have very high ratings. It has absolutely no taste so it can be added to anything. I have used it in juice and in a milk based shake and it mixes perfectly.Ever so slight grittiness but that is not an issue. No clumping at all. Highly recommend!

Been using for about a month and have seen positive results. I pre-loaded for the first three days then 5-grams a day after that. After about 2-1/2 weeks it enabled me to increase my (strength training) by one set on each exercise, which is very good. Overall I am happy with the quality, taste (none) and results thus far.

Pretty solid product. Creatine pretty much give you an "instant" 15-30% boost in strength and I have felt that, so this product does work... Price I think is good? although I dont have every last piece of evidence to support that. The taste is fine, ifyou're used to powder supplements already its no different, though it can be a shock to anyone new to powder supplements. Can't say yet about what it does to hair growth, I have BAD hair genetics and in almost all cases it has been proven creatine has no effect on hairlines. I have one month in to this product not seen any hairline changes, so let this calm your nerves if thats what stopping you (just like me at first haha)

It taste absolutely nothing and it dissolves into water as if it was also water. I started using 5g in my 30 oz water bottle first thing in the morning, otherwise I forget if I had added to the water yet or not. Since there is no way to taste it or to see it. I guarantee it does help in water retention and muscle buildup.
