I’ve been using this CCTV camera for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the performance. The video quality is excellent – crisp and clear both during the day and at night thanks to the powerful night vision. Setup was a breeze, even for someone who isn’t super tech-savvy. The mobile app works smoothly and gives me real-time alerts, which adds an extra layer of peace of mind when I’m away from home. The motion detection is spot-on without being overly sensitive, and the wide-angle lens covers much more area than I expected. Build quality also feels solid and weatherproof, perfect for outdoor use. Overall, this CCTV camera has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable and affordable security solution, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

Great cctv camera ,easy set up great picture night and day

Camera is great build quality. Fairy easy to setup (watch the video tuts), and the solar panel is a brilliant addition to keep the camera charged. The camera recording quality is good, however, the app could be improved. I dont have the cloud storage, and have used the SD card as my default storage, however the cloud is always selected by default. Loading the camera can be a little slow on the app, unsure if this is due to the wifi signal to my router (tho it is 3 out of 4 bars). Aside the minor issues of the app, it is a brilliant piece of kit

Bought a camera after checking reviews and price was right. Compatibility with existing UBox setup was also important. It is fair to say the product quality and image quality exceeded expectations. So much so we quickly bought a second unit to bring our setup to 3 UBox controlled cameras. Motion detection seems much more precise than our original camera (few false positives), and after-sales support has been exemplary.

Up until recently the camera was working great. Then all of a sudden stopped working which was disappointing but the real positive to come from this was the absolutely superb customer service we received. Notably by someone named Kiki. It was clear that their priority was the customer. After watching a few videos and running a few tests they swiftly agreed that the unit had malfunctioned. After that they couldn't have been more responsive with regards to ensuring another unit was set out to us as swiftly as possible. We did not need to return the broken camera and the replacement landed the very next day. So long as the issue with the camera was an irregular fault as they have suggested, then I can also say that the camera itself is excellent. Clear Picture. Motion detection works well. The solar panel has really surprised me and maintained the battery at 100% all through winter according to the camera reading. The app and storage cloud are also OK. Have a few bugs but again, customer services are ken to help. There is a time delay when contacting so responses aren't immediate unless our timezones working hours match, so early morning for UK but they are very reliable at responding and to date, have always seemed keen to help. Will definitely be getting more of these cameras. Highly recommended.

On the whole the camera is very good and it comes with all the necessary fittings. The security of the camera fittings is the best I have seen; unlike others, one would need quite a bit of force to yank this one off the wall. Could do with smaller screw heads; current size requires precision fitting of the 2 lower screws. Like all cameras, I have found the SD picture quality to be good and clear; so for me, HD or FHD is not needed. Unlike other cameras, it does not automatically keep a recording of all motion sensed. For it to record, one needs to turn on the ‘arming’ feature. Unlike my other cameras which record for the set number of seconds from the last motion sensed, this camera runs the set number of seconds from the first motion sensed. Unlike my other cameras which do not record whilst I am live viewing, this one does (I can’t see a way of this off). Like all cameras, it has a smart light feature (turned on by the motion sensor if enabled). Like all cameras, I find this feature only good for finding my key to the door at night. The light feature causes a hazy effect on the face making it difficult to recognise the person on the video. Like all cameras, it has an alarm. I find that alarms have very limited use; only useful for frightening dogs (cats ignore the siren). It might be better if the alarm can be turned into a recorded announcement (I would put “hello, can I help you” on mine). The cable attached to the Solar Panel is about 2.8m cable and is slightly shorter than stated. Ideally I would like about 4m. Unfortunately, the connectors are of a type for which I have not been able to find an extension cable. Ubox is the Android App to control this camera. Unfortunately, it is not as feature rich as the Apps used by my other cameras. If notification is turned on, the Ubox app continues to run on the mobile (in other words, the mobile has to stay connected to receive notification). Ubox defaults to Cloud Storage even if the Cloud Storage feature is turned off. It wasn’t obvious to me that the storage retrieval icon toggles between Cloud Storage feature and micro SD card Storage feature. Unlike other solar cameras, it can use up quite a bit of battery power overnight depending on the number of triggers received. My other cameras use 75% less power. My panel is placed on an east facing wall overshadowed by a three storey building and it charges up around 20% on a November sunny day which is about the same as my other cameras. On a dull day, the battery depletes by around 15%. It has completely depleted twice following several continuous dull days followed where live views were temporarily unavailable. Each time the battery depleted, it wiped the TFT cards (micro SD) and render them completely unusable. If you ask me whether I would buy this camera again, the answer is yes but only if the Android App is better and the issue with destroying TFT cards resolved. Updated: Their customer service contacted me suggesting that there may be a quirk with the camera and sent me a replacement. I have not tested the new camera to see whether the TFT card issue is indeed a quirk.

I has a good range if you have good wifi. Mine is in a tree more than 40 metres from my house and picks very well. It can be a bit oversensitive when wind is blowing the tree but that's a given. Moving the camera it sometimes overshoot but you can take this into account with practice. Good value for what it does. I had a problem after changing from copper cable to fibre in our rural location but Rebecca helped me fix it.

This camera is AWESOME.... You will NOT be disappointed with the price, quality, and value that you get. The price is spot on. As most cameras the housing is plastic but is well built and has good rubber seals for the power switch and solar connection. The quality of the camera pictures and video is excellent. You can move the camera in any direction and even zoom in/out. The night vision and the audio conversations with anyone on site where the camera is has no issues. We have the Big Brother to this camera that runs on cellular service and there is NO difference on quality or performance between the two. Multiple pictures show day pictures with the camera. One is looking at a blue home which is about 1/4 mile away. there is a picture at night at the end. During the winter with snow the batteries held well with limited daylight. Excellent product. Update 10/10/2024- I needed some Custom Service help and Danielle at Customer Service was AWESOME! The Customer Service I received was excellent. Excellent camera for property surviellance & safety use. I'm in Northern Ontario and this camera works well in our harsh Winter conditions and severe cold. The solar panel also works well in charging the unit when the sun is out. The charge on the batteries last for quite a few days, should there be no sun. You can also attach an external battery pack for charging on dull days. This would relieve you from removing the camera from the mounting spot to charge. The night vision is excellent. The picture colour & quality is excellent, even at the SD setting. The video quality and frame rate are excellent as well. It requires the UBOX app to work properly and give you all the motion detection, Intercom, zoom features etc. The app also allows you to add additional cameras. You will need a micro SD card for storage of your photo & video files, or you will ahve to purchase cloud storage. The only feature the camera doesn't have is tracking of any subject. If it had this then the camera would be perfect. I recommend this camera. I have 2 and they are both still working well.. UPDATE. Customer Service is excellent forthis product. Shortly after purchase, I received an email from Kiki offering meFREE SD card(s) or FREE 360 day Cloud Service(s). Kiki also registered each camera for a FREE 3 year warranty! Very impressed

Great battery life, charges well off sun exposure for 1/4 of the day. Exceeded expectations for price.
