I purchased this to replace an old clock round system. It is so easy to set up and has the perfect software to document all the data needed in 3 different forms. I personally like the Word format the best. Great product!

The product was delivered on time. I needed help to set up the software, they were very prompt on issues. Mr. Wood helped me remotely to set up even in middle of the night. Amazing service. We just installed and looks very easy to use and even can print the reports.I can recommend this product and after-sales service.

How do I get a replacement iButton Recorder?

Great online support, product works as advertised, had a little issue with the records but it's currently being worked on by the seller and their engineers. Overall like I said, works as advertised, easy to set up.

The overall quality of the product is subpar, the "tag point" seem to be of inferior quality. The patrol baton itself is a good build, sturdy. the Downloader doesn't seem to link properly, couldn't have downloaded any date yet.
