These are IP44 rated. An IP44 rating means that the headphones have protection from solid particles that are over 1mm in size (protects against most solid objects) and from liquids that are sprayed or splashed from all directions at a low level of force. This protects against some penetration of liquid but not fully protected against the ingress of moisture and water and therefore not completely waterproof. Would I jog with these in a light rain. Yes I would. Would I submerge my head under water probably not.

No, your computer needs to have Blue tooth capability. You can buy a dongle separately for your computer so that it can access Bluetooth devices.

As long as both devices are in pairing mode, it shouldn't be a problem. I am wearing these headphones as I type this. Love 'em.
