However, this compact TENS unit works just as effectively, despite not having on-screen visuals to depict the treatment sensations. Instead, you’ll need to take note of your preferred settings.Once you select your desired massage mode, you can set the treatment duration and adjust the intensity level. Personally, I like using setting #29 with a 20-30 minute timer and intensity level 14. I’m currently treating Insertional Achilles Tendinitis and use the 2” pads on the sides of my feet, avoiding the bone area where the tendon connects to the heel. The massage is incredibly relaxing, and the kneading motion works like magic. If you’re new to TENS therapy, you can start at a lower intensity and adjust it to your comfort level. As my injury improves, I plan to gradually increase the intensity to 15-16.This TENS unit can also be used on other parts of the body and comes with a booklet that provides pad placement recommendations and suggested settings. With so many options available, I simply choose the setting that feels best for me.Charging is easy with the included USB-C cable, though I often use my iPhone 16 Pro charger, which works perfectly. The built-in battery life is impressive—I used the device for three consecutive nights, totaling over two hours per night, and the battery still displayed a full charge. I’ll recharge it when it drops to one bar.A small storage pouch is included, but I prefer keeping everything in the original box since it’s compact. So far, this has been one of my best Amazon purchases. If you’re considering a TENS unit, don’t hesitate—this one provides the same massage sensation as the larger models with fancy screens, yet it’s more convenient and portable. I’m glad I took a chance on this compact device, and I confidently rate it 5 stars. This is my honest opinion.

I am not a paid actress nor was I bribed to give a 5 star review for a free item.This is my personal testimony.I just bought this yesterday and used it.I suffer from chronic stiffness in my neck and shoulders and from degenerative disc disease and 3 bulging discs in my lower back(L4 & L5)😫😫😫So lots of lumbar pain to the point where if I don't sleep with a knee pillow, it's the feeling of excruciating pains and needles.😬😬😬This device is not only effective but the quality of it blew me away. It did relieve me of pain in all areas(neck, shoulders and lower back). However I will say this, please make sure you charge it completely before using it. I don't care if it's on 70% when you get it fresh out of the box, charge it anyway. I also put it on the EMS mode to maximize the vibration. Once you set the timer, the mode and the intensity YOU MUST LOCK IT. They say big things come in small packages and no lie, it's true and easy to use and it made a huge impact.The stickiness was strong, though I would advise to order more pads as a back up. I was able to sleep a bit better but you will have to use it at least 3 times to get your body use to it.I hope this helps.

Over the years I've had many TENS units. I was about to return this one because the instructions were terrible and not organized. I charged it on my USB port for about 2-3 hours but when I removed it the light shut off. The other problem was that the instructions were too small to see clearly without straining my eyes. Suddenly I noticed some buttons on the side. The top side button is for turning it on by holding it for a few seconds. Below that are the controls. I put the larger pads on my back and treated myself to many different modes and intensity levels. There are 30 modes, including several with EMS, and also 30 intensity levels. Once I figured it all out I was very happy. My back feels so much better and my pain went from a 6 (on a 1-10 scale) down to a 2. If the instructions were organized, larger and clear I'd give this a 5 star rating. The intensity is very strong. I could not pass level 16 on most modes. If you want a good TENS/EMS unit this is the one. However you may have to play with it awhile to figure it all out.

WORKS! My husband loves this little machine. It came with different size leads which is really nice, it gives options for the amount of coverage per area you’re looking for. It also runs different levels/modes, if you’re feeling a little more pain that day. He also likes the fact that it’s so small and the battery is rechargeable.

This thing works really well. It is like taking pain meds without the pill and it has a longer lasting effect. It is comfortable to use any time.

So far I love it. Not had to charge it yet. I love the multiple settings, multiple pads in various sizes, very strong unit, lightweight, portable. Previous TENS I had was not near as powerful as this one but lasted over 25 years. Hoping this lasts long term. Easy to use, didn't need instructions at all, already charged when I opened the package. Great little bag to store it in or take it on the go. Very satisfied at this point. Great for pain relief. Been struggling with nerve/muscle issue in my arm for weeks, used this one night for 2 to 3 hours and pain was reduced substantially. Highly recommend. Hard to beat for the price and everything that comes with the unit.
