I purchased two of these air purifiers and they work great. I'm hoping to buy a third one. However, I'm having a hard time trying to find a filter on Amazon for this product. I'll keep searching though. But the purifier itself works great and I'd recommend it.

This is a generally well built air filtration system which has a number of benefits to it. I suppose the most important is its actual filtration of the air itself, which employs a multi-stage filter that does a good job of filtering the air down to the micron level (read the detailed information above on the filter system and the specifications for it). It’s also an attractive system, and is probably best positioned against a wall since the air is pulled in through the back size and blows out the top. So, it looks good sitting against the wall while it performs the filtering.The controls on the unit are a high point. They are clearly labeled and logically laid out, and you can use the filter right away (make sure you open the filter cover when you first get the unit and remove the cellophane wrapper around the new filter!) without reading any instructions. The controls play a nice little tune when you use them, a cute touch.One thing I really like is the lightness of the unit. Compared to my Honeywell air filter, this one is a fraction of the weight, in fact, a surprisingly low amount for its size. As a person with back problems, I have to admit I was pleasantly greeted by its low weight when I first picked it up. And, almost as nice, the unit has two deep hand holders, one on each side, to make moving the device incredibly simple.All in all, this is a very nice filter which does the job for a medium sized room at a decent price that I can easily recommend. I give this a four star rating only because it makes a slightly annoying noise when at full speed. I bought this air purifier on March 30, and I keep it running on low always. The timer lights are flashing now and will not go off, I changed the filter and they are still blinking and will not shut off. How do I fix this?

If you are looking to scrub the air in a fairly small area, this is a great option. But don't do what I did, just plug it in to see what kind of air flow you get... It comes with the filter sealed in a plastic bag to keep it clean and fresh. Make sure you pop the back off and pull the filter out, it will be wrapped in a plastic bag. Remove the plastic bag and replace the filter. Now you can turn it in the direction you want to scrub the air. Refer to the first photo of the series - it has the unit at a 45 degrees to the door behind it.My wife sits on the couch with this unit in front of her to take ragweed out of the air. She is highly allergic to it and this unit lowers the amount of ragweed pollen in the air as any good HEPA filter should. She was not really affected by the pollen, when she was sitting with the unit in front of her and supplied with filtered air for the weekend. It lessened her reaction considerably to the ragweed pollen. That's my acid test, putting into practically into a real world test and have it pass with flying colors.When she would get up and move around in the house, but always return with a runny nose, The unfiltered air in other rooms set off her allergies, but never in front of the filter. Very solid unit with super easy controlls that almost anyone will recognize and a manual that fills in anything remaining questions.Excelent unit that works in the real world!Great bang for the buck! My wife sits at the end of a sofa with that filter in front of her and gets some real relief from her ragweed allergies without pills or drugs, just clean air. Very highly recommended!

First impressions. Well packed. Looks like the delivery company did what they could to destroy the package. Contents ok. I like the handles on the side. Helps to move it around. A good size…not too big. Instruction book helpful. Not rocket science to figure how to get to the filter to remove the plastic bag. Turned it on, no noticeable off gassing. It has been on high for a few hours…seems to be holding up well.Will follow up later.06/24/23, well I bought two of these, after having problems with another purifiers that was putting out ozone. I decided to wait and then buy the filters later. Big mistake. Can’t find the filters here or anywhere (yes I tried the internet). When I do a search for the manufacturer it always takes me back to Amazon. I called the number listed on Amazon for customer support….no joy. Talked to an Amazon representative who said they would get back to me…zip, no contact. Did get an email asking if my phone call resolved my issue. NO IT DID NOT. What the heck happened here? It seemed like this product had been sold on Amazon for quite some time, then nothing. The number for product support says they have stock so, what is the problem?

Wow. What a difference this air purifier has made in our home. I’m disabled and have severe asthma so having clean air is essential. Until we got this purifier we had no idea the air quality in my home was not so good. Now that we have this in the home, people have commented how fresh it smells. We put this between the living room and kitchen where this purifier could cover the most area. You’d never know we have cats (unless you saw their toys all over the floor 😁). We don’t even have this on a high setting. It’s also really quiet. I’m so happy to have found this.
