FANTASTIC 5 STAR SERVICE, QUALITY ITEM.

I read the previous reviews which was mixed about the quality of the product however, the case arrived wrapped well enough to prevent any damage to the case or protective screen. The case looks ok no problems with quality (only a few days old tho so long term time will tell). The tempur glass fits perfectly with the aid of a YouTube video to help fit the glass as no instructions was supplied. I did find the lid does not close fully when the screen glass is fitted but after a few days placing the phone lid down the gap is almost gone and closing well. Never downloaded the app suggested with the qr code supplied by the manufacturer for the screen on the cover, however the phone screen works perfectly with cover and I am able to use screen bit on the lid with out it. So far I am pleased with the purchase no faults or quality issues. Value for money. Looks like a blush pink colour which is nice. Fits the p20 pro perfectly and cut outs in the right place for camera, speaker etc.

Replaced like for like as original wore out. With this purchase though received a screen cover however after a drop on to laminate from couch height it has cracked and chipped, which is annoying me now as my eye is drawn to that area but it has done its job and protected the main screen.

Cheap, very low quality, no kickstand function, screen protector already cracked on arrival. For now it does the job but already looking for my next case. Smart function works alright and fits the phone, but that's not enough to save it.

After one day the square magnet holding the hidden compartment shut fell right off the case and clicked onto the adjoining magnetic holder. After two weeks my phone went flying across the floor in a supermarket... I was mortified.. Luckily the hard shell is actually really tough so no damage was done and that's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars and not 1. I'll tell you what happened though, the outer flip cover completely 'ripped off' at the seam that joins the shell when I answered the phone. Again, this was down to the glue, as it was so sparse you couldn't even see any at the join. When I picked up the phone from the floor, you could see that the glue was practically nonexistent (supplier will see this after I've mailed it back). I'm very disappointed with the durability and considered using superglue and doing a DIY repair but why should I? I'll return it and find a better solution.. All I want is a decent flip case but I seem to be cursed as this is my second amazon return in the last few weeks!

Nice slim case and very useful with the window on the side. Also came with an easy fit glass screen protector.

When I first got my phone, I bought an official case, like many people do...but if I'd known about this case then, I'd have bought this case instead. Its sturdier, for a start, and comes with a screen protector that isn't just a flimsy, thin sheet, this protector is one hell of a beefy boy! No scratches, no way! It's well worth the asking price and cheaper than the official case too - a no brainer purchase.

Sur les photos de présentation du produit, on nous montre l'horloge et les appels en absences et les messages non lus dans le côté ''vitré'' de l'étui. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas le cas. Je l'ai acheté pour cette particularité qui n'apparaît uniquement sur les photos. Vraiment dommage

J avais peur que ça fasse trop bas de gamme avec effet plastique dur mais non pas du tout le rendu est top et le coloris rose également. 2 ans sans s abîmer.
