There’s a raw energy and atmosphere here that helped define an era and continues to influence music decades later. This pressing sounds very good. The mix has great presence, with clear vocals, punchy drums, and plenty of space for the organ and guitar to breathe. It really benefits from vinyl playback and rewards listening straight through rather than jumping between tracks. I listen primarily on a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon with an Ortofon 2M Red, running into Klipsch tower speakers, and this record sounds full, dynamic, and engaging on that setup. A foundational album that still holds up remarkably well. If you’re building a vinyl collection, this one absolutely belongs on the shelf. Una mezcla entre el blues, jazz, rock psicodélico y cabaret, con letras de pura poesía. Imprescindible. Puntos positivos: calidad del artículo, vinilo alto gramaje (180grs) y buen sonido. Insert interior Elekctra. Buen precio. Puntos negativos: no incluye hoja con letras. Conclusión: Un buen disco para que no falte en tu colección. Excelente edición a cargo de Rhino Vinyl.

L'album omonimo dei The Doors è un capolavoro senza tempo che ha definito un'epoca e rivoluzionato il rock psichedelico. Ogni traccia è un'esperienza unica, dal magnetico inizio con "Break on Through (To the Other Side)" alla maestosa e ipnotica "The End". La voce di Jim Morrison, combinata con le melodie uniche create da Ray Manzarek, Robby Krieger e John Densmore, rende questo album un ascolto imprescindibile per qualsiasi amante della musica. La qualità del CD è eccellente, e l'artwork della copertina è iconico quanto la musica stessa. Questo disco è un pezzo fondamentale per ogni collezione musicale.
