This is the ingredient list. The fragrance comes from the essential oils.100% vegetable soap: African black soap base, coconut oil and/or palm oil, butyrospermum parkii (shea butter), avena sativa (oat) kernel meal, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, plantain extract, tocopherol (vitamin E), vegetable glycerin, mineral pigment or vegetable color, essential oil blend.

Q: Is this the original Nubian black soap or have they switched to the new ingredients?

Honestly: I don't know. I found this soap rather substandard: compared to the Nubian brand that I get from Wal-Greens. I've used this particular seller's soap only once: and maybe it was a bad batch that I received.
