Q: Are copper mugs dishwasher safe?

Hi, We don't recommend placing the mugs in the dishwasher, as it is very aggressive and may remove the lacquer, hence it could make the copper tarnish much faster. The mugs should be always washed by hand, with a dishcloth or sponge, warm water, a mild liquid soap and a dry, soft towel. Also, please check the free booklet within the gift set: it includes 6 different recipes but also a lot of tips & tricks on how to clean the mugs in order to keep them shiny and new.
