Q: Is the threaded tip metal or plastic?

The blue tapered cone tip end of the telescopic pole is made of plastic.

Q: What is the thread size at the tip?

While I can't tell you what the thread size is, I can tell you that when I ordered it I received a damaged item that is barely usable.

Q: Can this be coupled with an Unger HydroPower brush and hose in order to wash/scrub high exterior spots?

This pole does is not a water flow pole. The brush will work with it but there is no way to connect a hose. The pole you are looking for is our Unger WaterFlow Poles. I hope this helps.

Q: How wobbly is the upgraded pole at it's max height?

My husband said it was not wobbly at all. It is a pretty substantial and solid pole.
