yes, the pouch is larger than you would think, i was surprised to see how much it held and a standard adult toothbrush easily fits in the case.

Q: What color is the lining?

I have the black one and the lining is black I do not know about the other colors

Q: Has the polyester fabric been treated or sprayed to be water resistant, or is it resistant just from the weave?

Hi, for the sake of science, I tried running water over my pixie. The water did not pearl, it went in. It is not 100% water repellent, but, having said that, I checked the interior and not a drop of water touched the things. 5 Minutes after not a drop-in. So if put on the sink and some water goes on it, no problem, just wipe with towel the inside will be kept dry. Definitely not for underwater (if swimming).
