I love this device, it’s been great to implement Nordic curls into my training routine. The only issue I have with this one is that the adjustable strap slips a bit while in use, making it harder to keep planted as I exercise. Other than that, it’s great.

Could use better instruction to set up and use. But has helped my knees and legs.

It’s portable and compact, let’s you do Nordic curls easily , it’s just not as stable as using a machine for Nordic Curls so you have to keep your balance but, it’s a great way to do Nordic Curls anywhere.

I love the ease of use. The only problem I had with this is MY instability! :-) The hold back ball is 2" wide so it is very secure once the door is closed.

Was unsure of how great it would function because of how cheap the price was but I am very pleased with it! I can do comfy nordics in my home and the setup is super easy. Literally takes 15 seconds to set up. Amazing alternative for a Nordic bench which is hundreds of dollars. My hammys love it

What can I say? This product functions as advertised. A friend of mine spent $600+ dollars on a Nordic bench. In addition to the high cost, the bench must weigh over 100 pounds. I wanted to get something I could use on the days I don't have time to go over to my friend's house. I took a chance and bought this $30 strap and I'm definitely pleased with it. It performs just as well as my friend's costlier bench and I can toss it in the carrying bag and easily store that on my shelf when I'm done. I'm thrilled with my purchase and this cheap, but sturdy Nordic strap. Thank you!

Recently got into Tom Merrick's at-home 6 day program on Youtube and he often makes use of nordic curls or nordic curl holds which are doable against a wall or sofa, but this definitely helps. I had never done nordic curls before and now they are my favorite leg exercise.The device takes a bit of getting used to. Don't expect it to be a solid or sturdy like a GHD chair in the gym (for some reason I did), and nordic curls are way harder than they look if you've never done them. This strap is also excellent for anchoring your feet during core workouts like situps. A good investment for a home gym setup or if you're traveling. Compact and comes with a knee pad, a nice touch. I store mine under my bed out of sight when not used.

It seems pretty good and like it should function well, but the adjustment buckle has a tendency to slip, suddenly making it longer and causing you to fall. I’d probably return if I weren’t past the window.

PROS- Really good quality strap, buckle, foam pads & jamb for back of door.- The bag and foam pad for your knees are a nice extra- Good price for what you get. Better quality than the generic ones and looks as good as the well known name brand.- Doesn't take much time to give your legs and quads a good workout.- The included book has several different excises you can do.CONS- Makes me realise how weak my hamstrings really are :-)I suspect it works better with shoes. If you have small feet and don't use shoes the smallest length will only just be short enough. Overall this product is highly recommended. Delivery time was 10 days from overseas which is pretty good.
