Strong, Sharp
Love how sturdy this pie server is. Not flimsy and the handle has a little weight to it. The serrated edge cuts really well. OXO rarely disappoints!

Super sharp blade. Too dangerous
Good solid server. Handle is a bit large for comfort. The serrated edges are WAY too sharp. There's no need for a serrated knife edge on a pie server. Maybe cutting meatloaf or Chicago deep dish pizza? Sent it back -- but want kids handling it

Sharp edges
This is an ideal knife for serving pie with firm crust. It has a comforable handle and a stury serving surface.On both sides of the surface there are sharp serated edges ideal for cutting pie crust.Keep this Pie Server away from small children and clumsy adults. The edges are sharper than steak knives.

Exactly what I needed.
I use this pie slicer for all of our birthday parties for cake and pie alike. I use it to serve slices of pizza too. This is a very versatile pie slicer, and I think that if you need something to slice birthday cakes or pies with, don't pass this up. Oh, and it does well in our dishwasher too.
