Not likely. The premium feature you're asking for is called a "true rms" volt meter. Simple AC volt meters assume a sine wave and display 0.707 of the peak voltage. True RMS volt meters take many samples and compute the RMS voltage. Some require a repetitive waveform, all have an upper limit on the waveform slope before the accuracy degrades. The modified sine wave converters usually produce a staircased approximation of a sine wave. The summit area is usually a bit flat-topped which makes a peak reading volmeter understate the RMS voltage.
