I read the reviews, took a chance and have to say this is a great purchase for a bedroom, that I am currently remodelling on a budget. This is a ladies chair for sure and it reclines too - I love Potterybarn yet to order from them was 9 weeks for delivery and double the price. So this chair is perfect! The detailing exceeded my expectations. The rivets on both sides go from top to bottom and this chair is very comfortable. Get this I ordered this item on Sunday and it came on Tuesday! There is no odd odor, was packed beautifully and SUPER EASY to put together (wings, legs, backing) reclining guts were already assembled. I put it together within 40 minutes all by myself. No tools required. I am 5' 8" and 165 pounds, no issues in accommodating height and weight! Update - Purchased another chair and once again very pleased with the product and price!

This chair met every expectation. Easy assembly, great look, and so comfortable. Reclining is smooth and sturdy. I was worried when it got here. The box was damaged with holes however, not one issue with the chair. The cloth feels like it will outlast the dog, lol. We'll see. All in all, great product.

Not a bad chair for the price. Easy to assemble. Looks nice. Boxed very well. Good for your back. A little firm. I think it will get better after a little use.

We got these as a replacement for my other wingback recliners. They are pretty. We also found them to be well made. They are stiff which it seems to be easing up the longer used. For me I have to cover the seat because we have a dog ..The head rest was needed for me to help my neck but husband was fine. Also it glides well when reclining. I would very much recommend using a screwdriver bit that works with the hardware. The small one that came with striped the screws. We had one and things went much smoother.

Very happy with the color, added nails give it a more expensive appearance. It's comfortable if you're short like me. Cushion is firm, little softer would be better but I'm ok with it. Glad I purchased it. Good price. I chose a dented box at a lower price. Nothing wrong with the chair.

Looks better than performs!! Since it has to be partially assembled; it isn't the most solid piece of furniture. The back legs often work their way loose, which then require re-tightening!! I had to return a second/matching one bc of deficient parts. Took a lot of followup to get the replacement. I needed this particular look to go in a room with other similar traditional looking furniture: camel back upholstered sofa, queen anne style tables, etc. Again, Looks better than performs!

I bought this chair to replace a recliner in the living room. I liked that it reclined but looked nice. And then I sat in it. I really wanted to like this chair. I added a blanket to soften it a bit......STILL the most firm and uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in.

This chair is AWESOME! I was a little nervous given the reviews, but hands down would buy again. I got the light gray, which is more of a wheat color (in between light grey & light beige) which was perfect! Quality wise, it’s similar to chairs you’d find somewhere like Home Goods or Ross. Not the best, but solid and not terrible! There wasn’t really a bad scent to mine, which some reviews warned of. Set up was not nearly as terrible as some of the reviews had me prepared for. I did it alone and it took about 20-25 minutes. The wings were noted in reviews to be ‘impossible’ and though they were slightly harder than other parts to attach, it wasn’t bad lol. Overall, I recommend this chair!

hard to sit on at first, couple of days in very comfy, bought for myself as had lower back and leg problems, now not only lost it to my other half but also the dog thinks he is the bees knees. lovely. comfy and good value for money. i have put a contrasting fabric on the seat and back due to the amount of use it gets as dont want it getting spoilt.

comfy easy to use and easy to assemble

A hard chair in every respect, very little comfort in the arms or seating. When reclined a large uncomfortable area around the base of your spine is exposed with nothing to support it. Although sturdy and reasonably well made it's weight makes it very difficult to move should you wish to place it in a different location in a room. Really disappointing.
