Q: Do these come in a sealed package from a medical supplier?

No they're in a little plastic bag with a sticker on it, it looks sketchy AF

Q: How much product on the stick 50mg??

No instructions or packaging came with the sticks. They arrived in a unmarked sandwich baggie. So, I have no idea how much product was on the sticks, or if it really even was silver nitrate on them. I ended up throwing them in the garbage.

Q: Does the product stay in place once it is applied, or can it be washed off onto other areas of skin, after application?

No it can not be washed off. Be careful when applying. Err on the side of too little. You can always add more. Once dry it's there till it wears off. It will stain skin black.
