Appearance: Really good, lots of LEDs and a decent set of fronds. Many on our dock have decorated with lighted palm trees over the last several years. When I added this tree to the collection, it looked so much better than the older ones it was easy to convince others to make the switch! Assembly: Very straightforward. You don't really need any tools, but I would recommend tightening down the frond thumb screws with some pliers. Durability: I've only had mine for a couple months, but the trees in my photo have survived some relatively severe winds and storms out on the docks, and nobody put them away for the weather. Other notes: The seller was very responsive to messages and helpful, so I'd have no qualms about future purchases. I like the fact that the power going to the tree is low DC voltage and the cord has water resistant plugs. On a metal dock, a 110V AC light could be a liability, same goes for wet patios or around pools.

I love this tree it looks awesome in my back yard easy to assemble. The seller of this product is wonderful to work with. I received the product and during the assembly 2 of the large screws did not work and I was passed the 30 days Amazon allows to return a product. I contacted the mfg seller by email explaining my problem and within 25 hours the seller responded to my email and honored their product instead of sending me 2 new screws they sent me a totally new palm tree at no cost. What great customer service. I give the seller 5 stars for immediately fixing my problem for me and 5 stars for the tree which is stunning in my back yard

This review is for the nine-and-a-half-foot Fairy Rain Palm Tree, and I am giving it a 3.5 to 4 out of 5. The overall aesthetic is excellent, but the assembly process has some real shortcomings that buyers should know about. The biggest issue is the instructions. The only sheet included is extremely vague, and it gives no guidance at all on how to insert or arrange the palm leaves. You have to experiment repeatedly until you get a shape that looks decent. I am still not fully satisfied with mine and will likely redo the leaves when I have more time. The tree itself is sturdy. The frame is fully metal and feels solid once assembled. The lighting is beautiful and bright, and it fits perfectly into the tropical Christmas theme we are doing this year. My other major complaint is the packaging of the two-prong connectors. They were wrapped so tightly in cellophane that the plastic was compressed and almost unusable. I had to work hard to get them separated enough to plug into the shaft. Most people are not going to have extra two-prong connectors on hand, so something this tightly compressed can easily become a deal-breaker. Once assembled, the tree looks great, and it does make a statement. The height is impressive, and the lights are vibrant. It is a well-built decoration, but it is held back by poor packaging and unclear instructions. Pros: • Sturdy all-metal frame • Bright, beautiful lighting • Impressive 9.5 ft height • Great aesthetic for themed decor Cons: • Instructions are vague and unhelpful • No guidance on palm leaf placement • Two-prong connectors packaged too tightly and difficult to separate • Assembly takes trial and error Bottom line: This is a striking and robust lighted palm tree that looks fantastic once set up. However, the unclear instructions and packaging issues make assembly more difficult than it needs to be. If you are comfortable troubleshooting as you go, the final result is worth it.

I love these, very bright and I love that they have modes to flash, ect. Just put them together so only time will tell of quality but so far they are great!

Faded from sun after a month on our patio.

We liked these so much we bought three and installed them in our yard in the back corner. They remain there year-round, are durable, stand up to the harsh mid-west weather and look great at night. (The only suggestion is ensure you use study stakes in the ground and sometimes you may need readjust the leaves after sustained high winds.)

It's heavy duty, more so than I was pleasantly expecting. It was packaged so well it took awhile to unpackaged it. Several options of hardware included depending on where you want to put it. Tip: do not rely on just the stake on the bottom into the ground, it's large but high wind can topple it. Easy to assemble, wire connectors seem very well made. And it looks more than great lit up by the pool area. I think it's the best bang for the buck. I highly recommend. I'm considering another but my pool area is pretty full lol..

Beautiful when done but a pain in the a## to put together. The poles were hard to put together, had to scrape paint off together them to fit. The fonds kept falling off as the holders were to big. Ended up gluing the branches into the holes. The different speeds on the lights was nice

Great product so bright and unique. I bought a transformer to step down from Australian 230v to USA 120v because I couldn't be sure if the led controller supports 230v. I am really enjoying the tree, and Christmas soon it will look great.
