Deck Flex - Roll it, brush it, goes on easily.
I found the coating to be as advertised, but it will be several years before I know if it deserved five stars. Florida's sun is harsh and Deck Flex is supposed to be weather and UV resistant. I hope so. It can be rolled or brushed and I did both quite easily.
