Any way to fix low volume on media sources? also verizon will not accept the imei of this device any way to fix?

Is google assistant incompatible?  when i try to install, the message displayed is "the google assistan isn't available on this device"

Why doesn’t it let me download hulu but it’ll let me download Amazon prime video and netflix?
