Wow , the past 2 days before ordering these insoles , work was a living torture, walking and standing on concrete all day, I remember every 15-20 having to massage my foot and having no productivity at work, then after receiving these in the mail, it worked wonders. The foot, leg and ankle pain went from unbearable to mild. I was highly productive the day of wearing them for the first time. Highly recommend. I do hope the pain will be suppressed completely if I order a different pair of work shoes/or boots.

I was using a different insole but they stopped supplying the size I wore. I found these. I have a really small foot and I was able to get a good fit with the men Exta small. You can also trim it smaller if needed. I have been very happy with the fit and the support!! Goodbye plantar fasciitis!!!!

I have had plantar fasciitis in one of my feet for the last 3 years. I have tried over 20 types of insoles. I have found a high solid arch helps keep the pain at bay.After wearing these insoles all day for a 7 days straight, I would categorize them more as medium support. There is extra cushion in the heel and the ball of the foot. The arch is just not high enough for me.

I bought some Doc Martian industrial work boots and we the most comfortable boots I’ve ever had, till about 6 months in that is. My feet are flat as a duck and they started hurting before days end. Got these and did the trick! Very comfortable and fit perfectly..

I wanted these to work in my work boots, but after a few I had to rip them out and put the original insoles back in. The arch support was sooo uncomfortable. It was hard and unforgiving. I expected to feel something, but there was no give on the arch. Which made this uncomfortable and I will not be using these.
