It tastes like steak. Depending on the consistency however, it's relatively mild. I put one 30-gram scoop in a 16.9 oz water bottle and it's very light and mixes 100% quickly. I was very surprised that it tasted just like lean steak. In my opinion its palatable, simple and fast. Highly recommend the product.
