They taste good. Not sure that they do anything.
I don't have a ton of experience with CBD, so maybe I just don't have the right background to evaluate. But they really don't seem to DO anything. Maybe my joints bother me less, not noticeable to me. They sure don't seem to help me fall asleep. I just expected to notice more benefit from the. They do taste pretty good. But.. I could have just bought regular gummy bears with no CBD if that was the desire. Maybe they will work better for you.

You don't swallow them they are sweet gummies
I like them a lot. I like them enough to buy 4 bottles. I am calmer, sleep good at night, and no stress. They do help my medical issues, that so far I'm getting some good rest. I would recommend them to every body. Good stuff
