Q: How do the pads hold up if you are doing a lot of walking or jogging,? My callous is on the ball of my foot.

Mine was also on the ball of my foot and I never did have any trouble, in fact I was running every day on the tread mill at the time. Just be sure your foot is dry before putting it on. Good luck. Jeanette

Q: Hpw long after removing the patch does it take for the callus to come off? I have used 2 patches so far and just have a white disc.

depends on how long you left the disc on but a few days at least, then soak for a bit.

Q: How long are you meant to leave these on for?

In the instructions it says to leave it on for 2 days. Its waterproof so you can shower with it. Then you need to wait I think 1 or 2 days before you can do it again. Hope this helps..

Q: can i use this on my hand?

I don't see why you couldn't. I hope it works for you. I got this for my daughter and it didn't work at all. I mailed it back. But I would say it's worth a try.
