After two other companies failed to fulfill my couch order, I was relieved to find this company. Not only did they come through, but they delivered on time—which was crucial for completing our community center project. The couches are exactly what we needed: comfortable, high-quality, and perfect for the space. Great service all around. I’d absolutely order from them again!

I bought this on Jan 26, 2023 and was hesitant due to the affordability and the lack of reviews at the time of purchase, but took the gamble and glad I did. After 2 years with it, I absolutely love it. The couch arrives in two shipments, but I was only provided one tracking number. Emailing customer service, they provided me the 2nd tracking number which came a couple days after the first half. The couches were well packed and assembly was a breeze - I did it alone in about 2 hours for the 4 seater/2ottoman configuration (note, I let the cushions air/fluff out over night). The couches were able to withstand my 5 year old nephew and 10 year old niece walking on them and love the fact that they have storage under each seat. Reconfiguring to whichever modular mode is easy as each section is not that heavy and have minimal hardware.A couple minor cons - more like considerations which were remedied:1) The back piece is held by a shallow hook, would highly recommend setting up against a wall to prevent it from breaking if leaning back with too much pressure.2) They provided enough hardware for the 2-1-1-2 configuration for 4 seats and 2 ottomans, but to make it into a 2-2-2 configuration as a bed, they didn't provided extra U-brackets. I emailed them about purchasing a couple and they apologized and are in the process of sending out 2 extra brackets to fully secure the bed formation.3) My covers started to pill a little due to user error on trying to get pet hairs out of it, but found that "Easy-Going Stretch Individual Chair Couch Cushion Cover Sofa Cushion Furniture Protector" fit like a glove and matched in color.

This was a wonderful purchase. Customer service was extremely helpful with the parts, as well. The items arrived well-packaged. The couch is quite firm.

I have kept my eye on this sectional for a couple years now and once I saw Amazon was having a spring sale, I couldn’t pass up the marked down price!! It arrived in 2 shipments and each box came with its own hardware kit. It only took 1 hour to put together and we love it! It completes our living space in our basement! The cushions are comfortable and also firm so you don’t ’sink in’. The color matches exactly as pictured and will easily hide dirt! We couldn’t have found a better modular sectional for this price!

I bought this to replace a love seat/hideaway bed and a couple of recliners that were worn out in my RV. I have no regrets and highly recommend people consider this as an option when replacing RV furniture. The seats are firm but I like it because older foam furniture padding breaks down/compresses too easily. Also with it firmer it makes it easier to get up off of the furniture. Deep soft furniture can feel like it sucks you in and holds you making it more difficult to get up off of. The furniture returns to its shape perfectly every time. The coverings are softer than I thought they would be which was a pleasant suprise. I love that each section has storage space inside and that each section can be reconfigured so that no one section needs to experience more wear than any others. The sections aren't as deep as a deep sofa so if you need a deep sofa or chair you should look for a different solution but it is perfectly deep enough for my use. I couldn't be happier. Make sure to measure your space accurately so you know how many sections to buy.Update: I spilled a bunch of red wine on two of the seat cushions and one back cushion. The wine sat on them dry for 2 days. On day 3 I finally had a chance to try to clean them. I removed the covers including the inside liner all unzipped and were removed easily. I then soaked them in cold water for about 15-20 minutes occasionally agitating them by hand and then let the water drain from them and then air dried them outside. I was able to put the liners and covers back on the cushion without any issues. I was impressed with how easily they zipped since the zippers are small and thin. The stains are completely gone. I never thought red wine could come off of something so easily.

I purchased this couch about a month ago. It was unboxed and used for maybe two weeks.Pros:I really liked that each seat had storage under it, and the freedom to rearrage the layout was the two reasons for purchase. Assembly was pretty straight forward, we didn't need the instructions. (one set of instructions you'd have to find within 7 boxes, and didnt know which box it was in.)Cons: the seats are not deep enough. With the back cushion sitting on the top of the seat cushion, it takes up seat space making it feel like you had to sit up straight to remain seated. If you lean back to much you start to feel like you are sliding off the chair.I like to sit cross legged and it doesn't offer much space for that. (I'm 5'2 and I still felt like I'd fall of seated that way)If you want to lay down on it, you have to use the chaise sides. If you lay in the middle seating, the cushions separate leaving a hard surface felt in your hips/side. ( modular seats were attached to each other)The back rest isn't very high either. You'd have to get the head rest attachments for a more comfortable seat. Since they are short, an option would be to rest your arms onto of the back rest, but back cushions would fall down. The back support is lower then the cushions and are narrow, so you can't rest your arms there either.Overall the couch wasn't very comfortable. I returned it with prepaid labels the company provided, since I was within the approved time frame. If you choose to purchase, I recommend keeping the boxes in case you return the couch.
