98 F150 XLT SuperCab with factory radio now randomly spits out the tape, appears the motor gets hung up on the gears inside and it decides the tape is done and ejects once it realizes there's no second side to it.This vehicle only did this with a previous one when it was below freezingOne day of use and it has loose connection in the plug

Great customer service
I received one casette player and it did not work. However, after contacting the seller, they quickly sent two additional casette players free of charge. Again, one of the casette players did not work... The second however, did work. The sound quality is fine, and so far the casette player is holding up well. I’ve used it for both iPhones and galaxy phones and it works fine!Receiving cassette players that don’t work is very frustrating, but due to the friendly/quick customer service, I’m giving 4 stars.

I have an older van with no aux port for my phone, so I couldn't listen to audio books on my phone. Purchased this and it works great. I initially had a problem with a loud hum noise. Emailed the seller, they provided great customer service. Had my response back very quickly and they were able to solve the problem. Would highly recommend.

Utterly disappointing
As soon as I got this I put it into my car and could not believe how low quality it was. I have a bose stereo system and it made it sound as if I was listening to my music over the PA system at a walmart. Please don’t waste your money on this. Buy a different one

Good customer service
This product did not work with my car but after contacting the company they sent me 2 of a version that did work. Sound quality isn't great but can t expect it to be through a cassatte
