I am completely dissatisfied. I ordered the opopop because it promised to be very flavorful due the kernel coating process. I made it according to the directions and it came out as plain white popcorn with absolutely no flavor. I read through your list - none of the possibilities had any validity. It came righf from Amazon truck into an air conditioned container condo and I tried to use the next day. If there any mishandling during delivery, that would certainly not be my responsibility. In 68 years, I have never seen anything that is a new product that could not be returned even if completely different dissatisfied. For the amount of business I do with Amazon, is completely unacceptable.? If I can’t get satisfaction, I will do my be best to make sure no one else purchases it. You should be ashamed

I may be a biased reviewer because I like mine made in a pot the old fashioned way. I wanted to like it. Contrary to commercials I have seen, this popcorn is not coated in anything I can see. These are what I consider single-sized samples. You open the container to see a ring of regular kernels and a center of white solid substance that you pop out of the container. I assume that is the flavoring. Make sure you listen the first couple is uses for the popping to slow. All of the kernels did pop and it was not bad popcorn. For the price, I guess I was expecting something much better. Maybe the larger packs are better. Now I have an unusable popper.

The advertisement states that each Kernel has its own flavor on it. Cups are round kernel’s look like any other popcorn. I like the container that you use for it. Each cup is an individual serving. A bit pricey but tastes pretty good.

I received the gift starter pack for Christmas. I liked the popcorn, the extra butter one was the best flavor, the other ones were not that great but had salt, too much for my daughter. We ate the packs up fast as they are so small. I decided to try and order the little bags again and discovered you can’t. They only sell these little round packs. I figured they should be the same, as it’s the same brand. Nope!! I opened it up and it wasn’t pre mixed like the bags. The popcorn is in the outer circle and the butter flavor in the middle container. You have to dump it out and then push the flavor out on top the popcorn. The little containers are super small and not much popcorn. I swear the pre mixed bags were bigger! And the taste was so better!After I cooked it up in the container and went to eat it I noticed a difference immediately, popcorn didn’t have the same yummy extra buttery flavor as the bags. I’m so disappointed!!!! All the butter salt mix failed to cling to the popcorn, it was all over the walls of the yellow bowl but not much on the popcorn itself . Sooooooo disappointed! I had to take each popcorn kernel I was eating and rub it all over the side of the bowls and add my own popcorn salt just to make it a little better.This popcorn is so expensive and you get so little for your money. Why can’t we buy the little bags instead of the little circle ones? I don’t think I will order them again. The price is too high and the flavor was a huge let down. The amount you get after it’s popped is such a small amount, not for more than one person. I’m so upset because where was the super buttery popcorn I had in the kit?It’s costs way too much for the amount you get. Not worth it. However, what ruined it for me was the lack of flavor on the popcorn. I had to add my own salt and rub each piece of popcorn around the bowl to get any flavoring . I swear the bags had more popcorn in them and since it was pre mixed the quality and taste was so much better! Just really disappointed!!
