Really Cute
Was afraid to order based on reviews but this is a really cute ornament! I just added a standard metal hook type hanger to the top before gifting - it was too small of an opening to get a ribbon through. Not a big deal. Worth it!

Lightweight
This product is cute but is very light weight and feels cheaply made. Also I had NO clue it was covered in GLITTER and it falls over everywhere. I'm returning it

Defective
The penguin is not attached to the circle as the wire is bent. We can fix it, but this ornament was supposed to be new. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed in the quality
I wasn’t expecting ceramic quality but for hallmark, wow. I get times are tough but this is not up to hallmark ornament standards. Cheap material, very light and no string even included. Will keep bc it’s cute but disappointed in Hallmark. I’d rather they raise their prices and make quality products then cheapen them this much. Never seen an ornament this poor quality for the price point.
