Q: Does this have any non-stick coating on the interior? Thanks in advance.

It feels like it, wiped clean with a wet paper towel.

Q: I have limited space i'm in need of the honest size of this toaster oven?

I bought it because of my limited space, but it got so hot I was afraid it would warp or burn anything it was too close to. It was slightly larger than my Black and Decker so the fit was fine.

Q: I'm looking into this, but i'm frustrated that it can't hold a 9x13 pan of brownies or lasagna. almost, but not quite. do you just use smaller pans?

We don't do that type of cooking in this appliance. Toasting, heating, crisping only.

Q: My oven did not have an oven rack included in the box and i have tried to reach out to hamilton beach and no response so far. any suggestions?

I thought the same thing, but the oven rack is at the bottom of all the packing material. I almost threw it out.
