I AM SORRY FOR ERROR. YOU DO HAVE TO WET THESE. I REC'D THEM TODAY. THE DESCRIPTION OF THESE TYPE OF DRESSINGS ARE VERY MISSLEADING AND INACCURATE. I WILL HAVE TO RETURN MINE. THE DRESSINGS YOU HAVE TO WET - THE EDGES GET DRY AND HARD.

Q: Do I need tape to hold in place?

This wound dressing does not come with adhesive, so yes, you will need to adhere it to the wound. Instructions should be provided with the item. You can place a bandage over it to keep it in place. You can also use a waterproof protective film like Tegaderm if your doctor recommended the wound not get wet.
