Q: Are these still real deli papers, or is there some glitch? the brand name says deflactair?? clicking it shows hundreds of random items.. thanks!

I consider them real deli wrap. sized for approx hamburger size szndwich. Not big enough for subs

Q: can we use these in microwave to cover food?

Seems like a bad idea - it's a wax paper, and neither wax nor paper are safe to be used in a microwave; using a wax paper for that almost certainly is unsafe and asking for trouble.

Q: Can you bake on it like parchment paper?

The DPI Deli Sheets are not as thick/heavy as a regular parchment paper but I have used them to bake cookies and they hold up great. No scorching from the oven heat. I have also used them to reheat cooked bacon in the oven and in the microwave. Works great.

It's Deli Paper - so there is no thick layer of wax, if that is what you are asking.
