Q: I'm finding that it mixes well but leaves clumps at the top. I end up spooning those out. Any tips?

Before you mix, try filling cup halfway with water but keep the temperature on the lukewarm side. That should make mixing easier, and after it's mixed well -- give it time to breakdown in the water, so don't drink it immediately -- then you can add ice to cool it. That's been my method, and it works pretty well. Good luck!

No, it’s a fast digesting protein supplement to help you meet your protein requirements to keep and build muscle. There aren’t enough calories in it to gain weight. I have used it for a year and I drink it every day and work out and haven’t gained weight.
