NuGel-Hemoglobind is based on the original HemogloBind polymeric architecture but engineered for increased versatility, and supplied as a stable dry powder. It is based on NuGel silica (50 microns in size, 1000Å) covalently bound to elastomeric polyelectrolytes. One prep selectively binds 95+% of hemoglobin from 20 µl whole blood prep, or 200 µl hemolyzed serum. For Research Use Only
