Some of the flavours taste slightly fake, but the majority of these flavours go down beautifully. I also feel like I'm not weeing as often so they must be doing their jobs and making my body absorb the hydration finally! One a day and I feel much less headachy and full of beans after 3-4 weeks!

These are super tasty - much better than the tablets that dissolve. They do not contain magnesium which is a shame, but they do contain decent amounts of other electrolytes. They dissolve really well and you get a really good mix. They are a bit expensive perhaps for what they are. I feel they helped my hydration generally - if only for wanting to finish all my water for a change as it tastes so good.

Prompt delivery. Great range of flavours and easily dissolve and retain their flavour in an insulated bottle flask. Using them for a holiday in a hot climate abroad.Will use again.

Very effective! I’m having once a day during my pregnancy because my previous electro lights weren't safe for pregnancy. These are also a little bit sweet if you only have them with a standard glass - but I just have more water with them so they’re diluted.
