Simple and effective
Does what it is supposed to. We used this when we installed our slide out toppers. They seal the brackets and screws well and we have not had any water issues since installed the slide out toppers with the tape installed on the backside of the brackets. Product is very sticky, put easy to spread around.

Tape was in great shape.
Recieved in plastic bag inside box. easy to open and roll kept flat. Roll was in great shape not smashed or all stuck together because it got warm! I wanted gray and didn't realize this was black. But it will work I can cover it with white Dicor self leveling caulk for rubber roof and hide the black tape. The tape is easy to put down when it's kept cool until actual use. Once warm from sun it gets very sticky.
