Best sealant I have ever put on a house exterior
I replaced the lap siding on my house last year and we used 4 cases of Big Stretch White to seal the exposed seams. It applies and is workable as you would expect with any caulk and it was as easy as any other. Filling gaps as wide as 1/2" (possibly more) in one pass was uneventful.+ Ability to take paint - Where this stuff really excels is in its ability to take paint. This isn't silicone so its not like its prone to paint failure but Big Stretch doesn't seem to expand and contract in a way that makes the paint chip or crack over time. I have no idea how they manage that, but the painted caulk on my house has held up extremely well.+ Bulging and shrinking - I live in a desert so its very hot in the summer and very cold and snowy in the winter. Even with extreme temperatures in the summer Big Stretch doesn't bulge or shrink. The same in sub zero temperatures.I wasn't going to review caulk but this stuff is truly impressive. If you used a lot of caulk in your life and you've struggled haveing to come back over and over to reapply due to shrinking, particularly on exteriors surfaces. This is by far the best product I have ever come across and I have laid plenty caulk (no pun intended!)Sure you can by twice as much cheap caulk for the price but how much is your time worth? Do you really want to be reapplying caulk every year and then touching up the paint.

Good stuff
Husband discovered this a few months ago and has ordered a couple cases now. It’s good. We build houses and remodel so we go through a lot of caulking.

Stuff works good
While it's early on as it was just applied, as in the real test will be a year or more down the road. I did a test bead between two blocks. While I did not get the same stretch visualization they claim, it did stretch. You do need to be a bit quicker when applying. Trick of the trade I use is a spray bottle with slightly soapy water. Some use a brush, I just use my finger. For now I like the stuff. If you go cheap, you get cheap.. This is good stuff.2Yr Update: Holding, Flexible, Paintable, still working very well. Have bought about 3 cases at this point

Incredible product!
I am very picky on details, I have always just bought the cheapest calk at Home depot thinking they were all about the same. I have several rent houses and occasionally use a lot of calk. Matt Risinger has been talking about Sashco products for a long time and I finally decided to try big stretch, Its a little more money but well worth it. No cracking or going back over it again later. I was so impressed I gave away all my other calks and silicone.Excellant product, zero complaints, big time saver from having to go back over cracks and gaps.

best caulk i ever used
best caulk i ever used, it may be expensive compared to $1 caulk but you get what you pay for, that is, never having to go back years later and reapply, this stuff seams like it never fails after applying just once, i have places i used it 8 years ago and those spots look just fine to this day

Very flexible, and barely shrinks at all
I’ve been using it for years, It is a great caulking, very flexible and shrinks very little if any, the key is let it dry before you prime or it will crack. I don’t think this is much better out there.
