Trigger Point Massager

I really like this lobster! I lay on it when I have upper back discomfort. Sometimes my back cracks right away. I can feel the stretch when the muscles are tight. If my low back feels uncomfortable also I will lay on it and slowly work it down my spine and I feel multiple cracks on the way down. It definitely leaves me feeling better by the time I’m done!

Needs better instructions

Wow! I just got this and within 10 minutes I’ve had more relief than I’ve had in 20 years. After our first kid I spent all my time rounded over feeding, holding ..I’ve done everything , drs apts , X-rays , chiros, massage memberships, yoga. I’ve bought tons and tons of gadgets, stretchers , massagers , pillows .. nothing made even the slightest of difference .. even for a short time.This is not rigid plastic but very hard “foam” … idk what it’s made of .. as soon as I laid down on it my back cracked like 10 times. From mid back to neck.. my rounded shoulders are stretched exactly where they need. I feel years younger than I did 30 min ago. Even if it never works again.. it was worth the cost for this moment.

I do like this product but it did not unpinch the nerve unfortunately.

Delivery of this product was really slow. And when I finally received it this product did absolutely nothing to improve my back. It’s just soft foam rubber. I tried to cancel this item after a long wait but the company refused to cancel my order!

Never imagined something this simple would be such a huge relief. I was getting dry needle and laser treatment for my shoulder/trap pain. No longer needed using this once/day

I was skeptical because I have so many gadgets to help relax my chronically tight trapezius and neck muscles. I'm a fitness trainer and I work out a lot....and I carry my tension in my upper back/shoulders/neck.All I can say is that this thing works. It hits all my pressure points and after about 10 minutes, my knots relax. I even fell asleep while laying on it the other night. The relaxation of muscles continues after use as well and I'm able to enjoy a fuller range of motion and less pain and tightness. I do recommend this product--I'm thankful I purchased it.

This did nothing for me at all. Maybe because I’m 6’3” 230lbs? I don’t know. It didn’t hit not one trigger point correctly. And I made sure that I was well aligned as instructed.
