Other than the learning curve, this is an excellent purchase. The directions are terrible, but the machine is fantastic. I connected the unit directly to my HVAC system, which was easy, just a half-inch rubber hose. My system has rubber feet, so I did not mount it to the wall; it sits perfectly beside my furnace. Once you get it programmed to your liking, it does its thing—a great addition to my new home.

I bought two of these units on Amazon. The first one that arrived was missing the little bolt that screws into the top of the nozzle. Not a big deal but for the price I was surprised a price was missing. I was able to get in touch with customer service and someone answered right away, and they were helpful and they sent out a replacement bolt. As to operation, as everyone says the instructions are terrible. Actually probably couldn’t get it programmed with the instructions provided but I found help on You Tube. Got it figured out now. The rep I spoke with re the menus for operating was referencing selections I didn’t have. She told me I had the “older” model. Strange because I purchased it on Amazon. Anyways got that one working and so far so good. Does what it’s supposed to and smells super nice. So overall happy.The second unit arrived, this time with the bolt attachment to the novel, but the decal that says The Magic Sent was missing the T in The so it says….he Magic Sent. That unit had the updated operating menus so it seems like they are selling a mix of old and new units at least for the 1000 sq foot models which I have.Anyways both work and work well and their own oils smell great.So some quality control issues? Yeah.Selling a mix of older model and newer one and you don’t know what you will get? Ah, yeah. Mine both work, but come on, that’s sketchy.Overall I’m happy but for $300 bucks, come on guys, get it together!

I Just let the diffuseur fonctionne but without any programme because the explication in the instruction book are not clear.I appreciate to know if the oil sense we put in the diffuser we have to add water because the odor are very strong

I'm pissed!! It has worked, not worked. I had to spend alot of money shipping it back to Miami only for it to now completely stop working 5 months later.The tech is so nice and thoughtful, but fast forward ive wasted a nice amount of money. There is no reason why this no longer works after almost year.So needless to say it has stopped working after 2 years and in between those 2 years, I may have use it consistently less than a year.The idea was great but too expensive to just stop working . I purchase for longevity

I purchased a unit three years ago and loved it. The scent was strong! No unit issues! I have purchased two United in the past year and both have malfunctioned. I will be returning and purchasing competitors product as this has now proven to be a waste of money.
