The base has some heft to it. For what I paid it's decent. The arms are hollow, kind of thin metal so I'm not sure if they'll hold up with time. The 360 swivel has a knob to stop movement but I've not noticed this working.Now, the springs are shown to be able to be swapped from their default places, short spring is located closest to the swivel and long spring is located closest to the tablet holder. Swap these if you're going to be using a big tablet or if you notice any sag occur. I'm using an iPad mini so I won't be messing with this.This stand might not work for people with tall beds; mine is a low profile frame and it works great but I do wish it was like 6 inches taller.

This was my sixth purchase of this stand. I bought multiple because I have one on each floor and have given these as gifts. For my husband, an avid reader but unable to hold a book or tablet for any length of time, these have been a game changer. The first one I bought had to be replaced when the tablet holder broke, but this was after nearly 4 years. Not bad for the cost at all. I cannot give it enough positives for what it has done for someone with a mild handicap.

Had this about 3 days now. So far pretty happy with it.Easy to put together and adjust.Nice and stable as long as base and arm are facing the same direction.Drawback: my thumb joints are shot. That's why I purchased this. The apparatus that holds the phone or tablet holds very firmly which is nice but difficult to put phone/tablet in if you have issues with your hands/grip.

Fast delivery, box was secured and with no damage. Very happy. Took me less than 5 mins to put it together. I received recommendations to go with a different stand but chose to select this one instead and I am happy I did. It is definitely a quality product for the price. I will be using it to setup my tablet to teach both Pilates and Yoga along with Meditation virtually (first time ever as I will be opening a small boutique studio next month. I will follow-up within 45 days to let you know how the stand held up!

Great purchase!Bought for my 10in iPad that I keep a case on. I like that you can move it without loosening it. It pivots on a small hole that can be tightened.The Design idea it ideal for right beside the computer desk.I do enjoy the sturdiness that it offers and the fact that the grip on the iPad or my phone is on par.Perfect size and value for money! Definitely recommend!

used to hold a Samsung Galaxy tablet to watch movies in bed - the stand is solid, grip works well with the Samsung tablet - it is very versatile as far as positioning of the tablet for viewing

Honestly I was not expecting much but I was so happy with this purchase ! I’m currently recovering from surgery and this has really been one of the most useful things I’ve bought for recovery. Super easy to set up, very solid materials and does not tip over. Super easy to adjust too !!!

Pretty long arm - far enough to reach aHalf a queen size bed. Sturdy. The base is designed to slip under the mattress. Now i can sleep safely away from my phone and still fall asleep to my movies! Goodnight.
